About a year and a half ago, my husband needed a car and we decided to go with Hunter. Lucky enough for us we had the pleasure of meeting Nathan, just by chance. Little did we know, we bought our FOURTH car off of Nathan today. This past car, we didn't make it easy on him. We had to make changes and he went ABOVE and BEYOND to make us happy. We drove away today in our 2025 Hyundai Tucson and I will never buy a car from any one else beside of Nathan. He truly looks out for his customers. Side note, when we were trying to get our car, he didn't start work until 11am and we called him at 9am. He met us at Hunter at 9:45am to put us in the car that we really wanted. End of story, I'm driving in my dream car and it's all because of Nathan!

I am extremely disappointed with the service department at Hunter Hyundai. This is the second time I've left feeling like I couldn't trust the recommendations I was given. During my recent visit, I was told I needed to replace all four tires. The problem is that this dealership supposedly replaced one of those tires less than two months ago. According to the inspection, all four tires were in the exact same condition. That immediately raised a red flag because the other three tires are about two years old. If one tire was truly replaced recently, it should not have shown the same amount of wear. When I questioned this, the service advisor said he "remembered" me mentioning the tire had been replaced. That information shouldn't have come from memory—it should have been obvious from the inspection and service records. To make matters worse, they send you a text with a number to contact if you have questions. As soon as I pointed out the inconsistency with the tires, my messages went unanswered. No explanation. No follow-up. Since this happened at the end of the month, it honestly made me wonder if they were trying to meet sales quotas by recommending unnecessary work. I can't say that's what happened, but the circumstances certainly made it feel that way. Trust is everything when it comes to vehicle service, and unfortunately, Hunter Hyundai has now disappointed me twice. I'll be looking elsewhere for future service.
