WOW! Fantastic customer service! I had to take my car in to get a critical part replaced (not covered by warranty sadly). As someone who was burned pretty badly from Hyundai of Asheville, it made me really weary of dealerships in general. The service manager Will and his team totally blew past my expectations. I was offered a loaner car, received updates every day and the mechanic even sent me a video of my car showing me the part that was going to be replaced which was really cool. I didn't get any of that at the other Hyundai dealership who seem to enjoy putting their customers through a humiliation ritual. I may have been an outlier but I dropped my car off on a Saturday and was ready for me to pick it up the following Friday. The service team was extremely efficient and polite. Everyone there seems to genuinely like each other. This is not a paid review at all! I'm just a very happy customer. Thank you Will, Faith and everyone else!

I drove up from SC to buy a used van. I was hesitant to travel that far, but I am glad that I did. Jerry Bump and Hunter Hyundai made it worth the drive. Everyone that I met was helpful and easy to work with. Jerry has checked on me several times after the purchase to make sure that the van was in good shape. I highly recommend them, and would go back again.
