I recently purchased a new Hyundai Sante Fe from Hunter. I have nothing by praise for everyone involved in the process. All seemed patient, listened to my concerns, answered all questions honestly (I believe) and were personable. No high pressure. Recently bought most expensive used car on their lot, 2024 X5 BMW. The sale went fine (although they could provide no specific details from prior owner) but after-service remains an unmitigated disaster! I bought from FL and they assured me,'no issue', we do out-of-state sales all the time. xxxx they do. Temp tags expired after 30 days and I'm STILL WAITING FOR THEM, 62 days after the purchase. Worse service department we’ve ever encountered. No one EVER returns a phone call. They should NEVER say so an so will call you back in 10 minutes when normal people sit and wait for the return call which is never coming. Unreal. On top of that we left our car for service (tailgate problem )after being told we could wait then told we had to leave overnight…waited 2 days for someone to call us…we call and was told the part needed to be ordered and would take 2-3 weeks for it to come in. I really appreciate all the help and attentiveness of the staff and comfort of the facility. It's really top notch. They treated my trade in professionally and fairly. And made me feel safe to leave with my beautiful new car.

Looking around the lot a young and very knowledgeable sales associate came up and interduce himself and show me about 3 different Hyundai. There was not a question that he stumble on about the car or that he had to ask some one or look up. Had this kind of help all the way through the process. I will be back.
